Hi, my name is Clare and I own and run Tatty Bumpkin York.
I teach many of the Tatty Bumpkin & Baby Bumpkin classes in the area, and I am your first port of call for enquiries and party bookings. I have practiced yoga for many years now and know the immense benefits it has brought to me. My passion is to contribute to developing creativity and physical confidence, combining physical activity with breathing and relaxation for the babies and children attending my classes. All this in a supportive, non-competitive, and most importantly, fun environment.
I am a qualified Tatty Bumpkin trained teacher, CACHE accredited (Council for awards in Children's Care, Health and Education) hold an enhanced CRB check and am fully insured.
Tatty Bumpkin appears at a range of schools, nurseries and children's centres in and around York. If you would like to see the developmental, story based sessions in your child's school or nursery please contact us for an information pack.

In Nurseries and Pre-Schools - classes work brilliantly in a nursery setting and lessons are fully tied in with the Early Years framework and are ideal as an Enrichment Activity.
In Schools - classes can be run as Breakfast, Lunch or After School Clubs or as part of the scheduled day. Sessions are also ideal for Healthy School or Mind, Body & Soul Weeks.
In Children's Centres - Classes are being held in various Childrens Centres in the surrounding areas of York.
